Commercial premises
Decorating and tiling for business premises: painted walls above large-format wall tiles in a food store, finished around signage, shelving and equipment.
Repairs too, like a washroom door with a split edge, put right and closing on its closer again. For anything up high we bring our own cherry picker.

Turnarounds and refurbishment
Some properties come back in a state. We clear it, then work through it room by room: floors, doors, kitchen, bathroom, decorating and carpets, until it is ready to live in again.
For landlords between tenancies there is the smaller end too: a garden cut back, new fence posts, the jobs that stop a let from slipping.

Kitchens and bathrooms
Kitchens fitted with new units, worktops, oven and hob. Bathrooms in white metro tiles with a shower over the bath, a vanity unit and a towel rail.
The two kitchens on this site could not be more different: dark units on a patterned floor in one house, cream units in a narrow galley in another.

Decorating, carpets and flooring
Decorating and recarpeting, including the awkward parts: split staircases, turns and landings, with metal nosings where the treads take the most wear.
Hard floors too, like the herringbone-effect flooring down a hall and into a WC.

Doors, alcoves and fitted storage
Alcove cupboards with floating oak shelves and an oak mantel, fitted either side of a chimney breast.
New internal doors where the old ones were damaged, and a commercial washroom door repaired.

Cedar-clad garden rooms with dark glazing, standing on decking, a patio or a stone base.
